Vanessa Soto has spent 20+ years building and leading personal injury intake operations, including more than a decade at one of the country’s largest and most recognized high-volume PI firms. She has personally fielded hundreds of thousands of injury calls and architected intake departments built to scale: Quality Control, Referrals, Inbound, Outbound, Lost Opportunity recovery, and CSAT. OPERATING PHILOSOPHY
Intake is the most critical department in a law firm. Not entry-level work, but the front line of client experience and revenue. Vanessa’s teams are built on five pillars:
- The right people
- The right technology
- A positive, accountable culture
- Blameless problem-solving
- Analytics as the engine
COMMUNITY & CLIENT CARE
In her years in personal injury, Vanessa has been heavily involved in community outreach initiatives and believes one of the greatest values a law firm can offer is genuine involvement and compassion for the people it serves. A strong intake department is critical, but so is investing time, energy, and resources into the surrounding community. Showing support, building relationships, and leading with heart are things not every firm prioritizes, but they should. She is a strong supporter of organizations and firms that genuinely care about people and strive to make a meaningful impact beyond business growth alone.
PERSONALWhen she is not focused on intake operations and leadership, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband, Hiram, and their three children, Isabella, Noel, and Gianna. Her family and her faith remain central priorities in her life, and they are intentional about making the most of their time together.
