Industry Involvement & Speaking
Jesus is at the beginning of his career in the legal industry and is focused on gaining meaningful experience and knowledge within the field.
His long-term goal is to become an attorney. He views his work at Law Bear as an opportunity to learn the legal profession firsthand, understand the needs of clients, and develop the practical experience necessary to eventually serve clients at a higher level.
Operating Philosophy
Jesus approaches his work with four qualities at the center of how he operates:
Discipline — Showing up consistently and putting in the work necessary to improve.
Adaptability — Being willing to adjust, learn, and respond to whatever circumstances come his way.
Hard Work — Believing that meaningful goals require consistent effort, resilience, and a willingness to do what needs to be done.
People First — Understanding that strong relationships, communication, and genuine care for others are essential to doing meaningful work.
His experiences in sales, hospitality, behavioral health, and training have reinforced the importance of listening, understanding people, staying proactive, and continuing to learn.
Community & Client Care
Jesus believes that helping people starts with genuinely understanding them. His experience working directly with children, families, customers, and coworkers has taught him the importance of patience, empathy, communication, and meeting people where they are.
As he enters the legal field, he hopes to use those experiences to become someone clients can trust during what may be one of the most difficult periods of their lives. His goal is not simply to learn the legal profession, but to become knowledgeable enough to better serve and advocate for current and future clients.
Personal
Outside of work, Jesus' family and friendships are at the center of his life. He has a beautiful wife, whom he has been with for four years, and she is a major source of his motivation and purpose. His desire to work hard and continue growing professionally is deeply connected to building a meaningful life with her and the people he loves.
Jesus regularly practices and competes in jiujitsu and consistently trains in boxing. These disciplines reflect many of the qualities he brings into his professional life: discipline, resilience, adaptability, consistency, and the willingness to continue improving.
When he's not training, Jesus enjoys watching movies and TV shows and building and adding to his LEGO collection. Above all, family and friendship matter most to him, and he strives to build a life centered around the people and relationships he values.
